This Complex is located on the North West coast of Cyprus, at Gaziveren town of
Lefke district. Situated on 18 dönüm Turkish Title deed seafront land, this project consists
of 4 blocks of 20-story buildings with 500 units and it offers much more than an elaborate
residence but a life-long holiday with its luxurious hotel-like concept.
This Complex is designed with a resort concept our motivation is to embed quality time
throughout a person’s lifetime. Thus the facilities and the services offered in this complex are no
less than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel. After examining the residential units, I would like to
introduce you to the different zones, each dedicated to different services to satisfy the needs of
the residents and fulfill our motivation.
All 4 blocks of buildings are placed 12 meters apart from each other and each of them starts
from the middle part of the previous building thus greatly improving the perspective of the sea
view. 95% of the apartments have great sea views. Our flat types range from 1+0 studio to 4+1
duplex apartments. Our loft apartments are either 2+1 lofts or 3+1 lofts. The apartments will be
delivered unfurnished. However, there will be various furniture packages available for our
customers to purchase and we offer interior design counseling too. The square meters of the
flats start from 34 m2. All of the
blocks have three elevators and the lobbies of the apartments have trash chutes which enable us
to have better waste management by recycling too.
The coastline we have here at the Keywest is amazing in so many ways. So we wanted to create
various recreational and comfortable ways to indulge it in efficient ways. The Gaziveren sea,
apart from its outstanding view, is famous for its water sports. People all around the island visit
here to engage in activities like kite surfing. We wanted to preserve this opportunity while also
improving the comfort of the usage of the beach for other activities. Therefore, we have built a
breakwater, which is 250 meters long and 50 meters of it serve as a port for yachts. We have
created a safe and comfortable lagoon in the open sea with a breakwater.
We also have a scaffold by the breakwater, where private cabanas, a beach bar, and a DJ
performance area are located. In this area, people can relax at the cabanas, enjoy an evening sip
against the breathtaking sunset, or blow off some steam at the DJ parties over the weekend.
This project is an environmentally friendly project that values nature and desires to enable a
lifestyle in touch with nature to make the best of the splendid greenery and clean environment
of the area. For this, there are multiple outdoor activity areas. There are 1000m2
outdoor swimming pool, 600 meters long undisrupted walking and cycling paths, mini golf,
beach volley, a tennis court, a football, and a basketball pitch, a children’s playground, a picnic
area, outdoor lounges, and a fitness activity area. As exclusive and luxurious as our indoor spaces
may be, we wanted to make the outdoors inviting. This environment with a perfectly serene

The aquapark area neighboring the Keywest will serve as a holiday village where our sales
Office will also be located and our prospective residents can accommodate when they visit to
see their future homes. With this holiday village comes different opportunities. Firstly it

disabling any tall buildings to come closer to this side of key west at this proximity.
There are ample amounts of outdoor parking spaces at Keywest. However, we created an
underground parking lot too. With a total car capacity exceeding 500 cars, this underground car

easily get credit for the remaining 50%. The GBP interest rate is 7 %. For a GBP loan, the buyer
must hold an income certificate in a foreign currency.
